Please show your Friends First or Marquee card or indicate your Friends/Marquee number when phoning the Box Office or ordering your tickets in person or online.

We consider membership in Friends First and the Marquee Club and its benefits to be personal and nontransferable. So only one card will be issued per membership. Exceptions apply to Marquee Club members.

Any tickets you buy using a Friends or Marquee Club membership are personal licenses and aren't transferable. You can't resell, give away or dispose of your tickets for any promotion of products or services or any other commercial purpose without the express written consent of the producers.

Violations of these conditions may result in the non-refundable cancellation of your Friends First or Marquee Club Membership.

We (The Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall) have the right to make exceptions to your benefits as a Friends First or Marquee Club Member on specific performances, including changing the advance notification and priority purchasing.
